Bring it on, 2014!

Well hello there!

After a much needed break, Jen and I are (almost) ready to take the New Year on, and have a few mandatory resolutions that we're seriously hoping we can stick to!

We haven't been the most diligent when it comes to keeping the world in the loop with everything You&Me, so as one of our resolutions we're planning on making a concerted effort throughout 2014 to do just that! So, keep an eye on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Pinterest.

One of the ways we're going to be keeping all of you happy is a surprise that will be coming SOON!
I'll give you a clue though - it includes you getting a little present from us each month...

We will also be giving You&Me a facelift over the next few weeks - which we are the most excited about so stay tuned for that too!

Here's to sticking to reasonable New Year's Resolutions!

We hope 2014 is a year filled with only great things - sometimes those things are difficult to remember over the difficult days so here's a way to hold on to every awesome, silly and happy moment.

OCD Cocktail Tasting

OCD is a very new and exciting venue, that specialise in stunning food and astonishing cocktails. We were recently approached by them to do the label designs for an event that we thought was a great idea!

They approached a number of twitter influentials - some being Nicki Dadic, Joanne Lurie, Thulane, David Dadic, Mike Sharman, and 6 others - and custom designed a cocktail for each twitter influential, judged by their likes, interests and tweets.

Happy Birthday Jen!

Hi All,

We've been so busy lately that we've barely had time to think about what to wear each morning, let alone find something to post about to keep you all entertained!

But, we've found a little something to share with you!

It was Jen's birthday on the 27th of Feb, and because it's so difficult to get international orders delivered on time, I realised I had to make another plan fast. So I did something she always appreciates.

Here's a look at the illustration I did for her as a gift, it's of her little noo, Riley with her silly face on.

AVD - Audio Visual Staging Corporate Brochure

One last post for the year! 

With the help of our talented friend and copywriter - Jenny Coulson - we created this simple corporate brochure design for AVD. A company who specialise in providing hotels, meeting planners, associations and various corporations with the technical requirements necessary for successfully hosting their events and functions. 

Can barely believe that the year is almost over but also glad that it is, and very ready to take on 2013. We hope you all can relax, party and get ready for 2013 before January knocks on your door!
